1. I am exactly five ft and 1/4th of an inch tall.
2. I’ve been this height since seventh grade I believe. Because of my “baby” face and small frame people often mistake me for being younger than I actually am. I’ve come to terms with it. I suspect come in handy when I’m 40.
3. I have one sister, Chrystal, and we are a tiny bit less than three years apart. The day she was born was pretty much the best day of my life. She was the best gift my parents ever gave me.
4. Jamaican blood runs through these veins. I’ve always wished Jamaicans actually spoke an actual language that I could learn. But I guess the dialect will have to do.
5. In a perfect world I’d wake up whenever I please, paint when I’m inspired, sell my pieces, and use the money to travel the world.
6. I do not like sunflower seeds. When I was younger I use to eat them all the time. But one time I had so much that I threw up. Now I associate sunflower seeds to vomiting.
7. All four of my biological grandparents are still alive. I also have two living stepgrandparents.
8. Private Practice is hands down the best show ever. It’s such an emotional rollercoaster. I cry every time. Either from overwhelming joy or extreme sadness. Those people know how to act!
9. I find myself wearing a lot of black. Year round.
10. If I could be barefoot all the time, I would.
11. Actually, if I could be naked all the time, I would.
12. I don’t believe in relaxers or weaves. I’ve been there, done that. I’m a huge advocate of natural hair in any form.
13. I recently hopped on the dreadhead bandwagon. It’s cool. I just want it to be really long. Like now.
14. I love black men but secretly I’ve always wanted to be a part of an interracial relationship…
15. or just date a guy with dreads. Either or both.
16. I’m tiny but I like love tall men. Not just taller than me (because most people are) but six ft. and above.
17. I have freckles on my hands.
18. I can’t swim. I was just never taught.
19. I was raised a vegatarian. At 13, I was given the choice to switch over but never developed the taste for it. So I’m still a vegetarian.
20. Before I get into my car I check to see if someone strapped a bomb under it while I was gone. I watch too many movies.
21. I get nervous while riding elevators. I’m always worried that my shoelaces or the bottom of my pant leg will get sucked in. And then suck in my leg. And then I wont have a leg anymore. lol.
22. I will never sleep on the bottom bunk.
23. I’m not a fan of snow. Or Christmas.
24. My middle name is Elizabeth.
25. For a long time I wished my parents were more creative when they named me. I’ve accepted it now. I’m Courtney Elizabeth and that’s that
26. I’ve never been much of a writer. I envy those who are able to string words together to get their point across in a beautiful profound way.
27. Everything drink tastes better when its served in a glass.
28. I drive fast.
29. Roasted seaweed os my favorite snack.
30. Adele and Lauryn Hill never get old.
31. Up until pretty recently I thought ppl with blue eyes saw the world with a blue filter over it. Smh

32. When I was younger I used to brag about having attention defisite disorder. Why? Idk.
33. Thongs and red velvet cake make no sense to me.

37. I can’t stand fake nails. Long or short. I just can’t.
38. Im too scared to get a tattoo, any piercings or my eyebrows done. My threshold for pain is very very long. I don’t know how I’ll survive childbirth…
39. I’ve never smoked or had an alcoholic beverage in my life.
38. I don’t drink cows milk.
39. I love the way my skin looks in the summer time. It gets a little darker and it just has a glow to it. It ANNOYS me when I hear people say ” I ain’t tryin to get any darker.” As if being dark is unattractive. It’s just as beautiful.
40. I’d rather clean the toilet than wash the dishes.
41. I’m not a sneakers kind of girl.
42. I love meeting new people.
43. I love love love going thrifting. It’s such a rush when I find something awesome for so little money.
44. Chocolate gives me migraines. I eat it anyway.
45. I love watermelon. I can eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner.

47. I dont know if I’ll ever get married. I don’t know too many people who value marriage anymore :(
